NextDor Member, New York
What do you do?
I am a law student at Fordham University School of Law in New York. I graduated Barnard College in May 2015, where I studied Political Science and Jewish Studies. Between college and law school I worked at SAR High School as the Alumni Relations Coordinator. I spent my days reaching out to teachers, parents, students, and alumni to see how I can make our alumni association better.
What do you bring with you?
I bring a desire to learn about new businesses and a huge network of young professionals with a great love of business and Israel. While trying to figure what I wanted to do “when I grow up”, I worked a variety of industries such as Sports, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, Government, and Event Planning. Through my work as Alumni Coordinator, I also bring the skill of recruiter new members (hopefully women!) to Homrun and Homrun NextDor.
To me, there is no place like Israel. I fly into Ben Gurion at least twice a year, and I even spent a year of study there. Israel has become a haven for great ideas and passionate people, and it’s an absolute thrill to see. I am part of Homrun NextDor so I can be part of the growth, instead of watching it from the sidelines, with incredibly bright and successful fellow American Jews.
