What do you do?
I’m a corporate attorney by trade that is admitted to the Quebec and New York bars and am a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais (BLG), one of Canada’s pre-eminent law firms. My practice is largely concentrated on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, helping foreign companies expand into Canada and helping Canadian companies expand abroad.
What do you bring with you?
In terms of experience, I have worked with companies in a wide variety of industries. In terms of skills, I have a diverse academic trajectory which at various stages has included focusing on science, liberal arts, management and law. These different perspectives have afforded me the chance to work on and thrive on a wide variety of challenging projects.
