What do you do?
I am the President of Langsam Property Services Corp, a full service real estate management firm. Langsam manages the day to day operations of approximately 9,000 apartments throughout the City of NY. In addition to Langsam, I serve as the President of the Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP), a large trade association representing over 4,000 owners throughout NY.
What do you bring with you?
I have relationships with hundreds of friends, acquaintances and businesses throughout the NY area, via both professional, social and charitable endeavors.
