What do you do?
I’m the Managing Director of Seville Capital, a real estate investment fund focused on ground-up residential developments in select US markets. I’m also a recovering attorney, having worked on Wall St. for a number of years. I ran a manufacturing and distribution business in between these two careers, for good measure.
What do you bring with you?
As a lawyer, I often looked for pitfalls and hazards in business transactions. As an entrepreneur and investor, I look for opportunities. So I like to think I’m a well-rounded business person, who is also tightly connected to the local entrepreneurial and investor base.
I’m a schmoozer. I like meeting people and making connections. I’m also a strong supporter of my local Jewish community and of Israel. (Networking + Helping Israel) = Homrun. It’s basic math.
