What do you do?
I am law partner in the Miami office of Jones Day representing strategic buyers and sellers, private equity-fund sponsors and family offices in complex global transactions with a strong emphasis on groups doing business in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. I handle transactions across a broad range of industries, with a focus on transportation and logistics, healthcare, life sciences and health insurance.
What do you bring with you?
Legal Knowledge. I have helped dozens of startups with their legal needs, as well as securing financing and connecting startups to necessary resources and growth opportunities. In addition, I spearhead an investment group that evaluates early-stage companies.
